Schwartz reports
he thought of the melody in his sleep. Notice that the lyrics refer to
waltzing, but the song is in 4/4 time. In the show, it was danced by
John Barker and Tilly Losch on a stage lined with slanted mirrors that
reflected ever-changing lights.There is another “Dancing in the
Dark” written in 1984. |
