Jon Naar has been amongst many things a photographer, author, environmentalist, military commando and political activist. He has written books with friends like Jacques Cousteau and Norman Mailer. He has photographed Prime Ministers and had tea with Mahatma Ghandi. Every time we meet him or talk to him, we find out more and more about his very colorful and accomplished past. He is well past retirement age, but he is more active and creatively productive than all of us put together. Mark Walter and Richard Behrens consider him a good friend and we play Scrabble with him in Trenton every Friday night to boot. Read about his life and work at this beautifully photographed web site.
